Cozy room with free water and a large comfy bed. 😊

This is an older Novotel, but very well run by a good Manager and a happy staff. The restaurant is modern and pleasant. It's not gourmet standard, but the food is of good quality and well prepared. and presented.

There are no Superior rooms at this Novotel.

Good location for an overnight stay whilst travelling. Breakfst was good too.

The air conditioning does not work. Cleanliness of the rooms is not brilliant.

The staff was excellent

The room was silent and well-equipped. the location was easy and magnificent, with a supermarket nearby offering a fabulous cafe with a great range of food at great prices and a big shopping mall.

i was in room 416, over due for renovation, did not like seeing dogs accomodated also in same bed rooms by guests , saw dogs lying on beds, i think dogs should not be allowed to be accomodated in same rooms and beds as humans, reception told me it is the policy of the hotel to accomodate dogs. also at breakfast a bit of panic as a goup was sharing the same dining room. and buffet was not properly replenished, and one more waiter should have been available from 7 to 9 am.

This place is spotless with incredibly friendly and quick staff, conveniently situated close to the Moselle cycle path and nearby restaurants and French highways heading south.

The hotel is in a great location, close to an outlet mall. Very convenient being near a big supermarket, a train station, and a popular attraction, Parc Walygator Grand Est.

Comfortable bed. Good bedlinen. Adequate restaurant. Very good position for passing through on way to Switzerland

The breakfast here is sensational with excellent croissants to start your day.

The hotel was in a secure compound with gates operated by staff our car was packed full of property and this feature made us sleep easy

Convenient location close to the motorway. Rooms ok, food in restaurant quite good.
